What spaces are included in the base rate?
Access to the full downstairs space, including full kitchen, half bathroom, living room, downstairs balcony and the upstairs loft space and upstairs full bathroom, are included in the base rate.
*Bathroom access subject to availability. However at least one bathroom is guaranteed to be available.

Are there any additional spaces available for rent?
Yes, the bedroom, upstairs balcony, and second full bathroom with tub and shower upstairs are available as an add-on. These spaces are not included in the base rate and require an additional fee $25/hour

The building pool is available as an add on to your reservation time. This add on is for 1 HOUR of access to the pool space. Your pool access will be during either the first hour or the last hour of your reservation time (Let the host know when you prefer).  Host will accompany the crew to the pool area for the duration of the utilization of the pool space. 

There are many cabanas around the pool and jacuzzi as well as a beautiful Brickell City Center View. This is a shared space for the building. Host has no control over the people in the pool area.  Example: Loft reservation 10am-2pm= 1 hour of Pool space access will be at 10am or 1pm. 

What equipment is included in the podcast/webinar booking?
The podcasting equipment includes: 3 Sony A6400 cameras, 4 RODE Podcaster Mics, 1 RODE Caster Pro II, 1 Black Magic ATEM Mini Pro ISO, 1 GVM 150W RGB Video Light Kit, and 1 logo monitor. You may bring your own USB-C SSD Hard Drive for video recording (with a transfer speed of at least 1,050MB/s), and a Micro SD card for multitrack audio recording if you would like to leave with files. If not, files will be sent 24 hours following recording.

What are the parking options available?
Option #1: Valet service is available for a reduced rate of $4/hour/car with the purchase of a validation sticker from us ($7/sticker or $60 for a sleeve of 10 stickers). Without the sticker, the valet will charge $36/car.

Option #2: City street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, paid via the Pay By Phone parking app, with rates averaging $3.25/hr.

Option #3: A public parking garage is available for $12 all day, located at 110 SW 9th St, Miami, FL 33130, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Note: Private parking garage at the Neo Vertical building is for residents and valet only.

What is the maximum capacity of the space?
The maximum capacity of the space is 15 people.

Does the space accommodate live audiences?

Absolutely! Our split-level layout and 42-inch mobile setup make hosting live audiences seamless. Guests can enjoy the live recordings comfortably on-site, ensuring an engaging and immersive experience.

Can we use the kitchen?
Yes, the full space is functional and available for use including the stove, microwave, and refrigerator

How does the Creative Hub Club Membership work?
The Creative Hub Club Membership costs $300 (one-time payment) and includes:

     – 25% off all bookings (excluding Intimate Events bookings)

     – 1 free hour of space access per month (value: $80)

     – 1 free parking validation sticker per booking

     – No deposit required for booking reservation request

     – Requested dates can be placed on hold for up to 48 hours

     – 12 months access with no monthly contracts or auto-renewal.

What happens if I arrive late?
 -Reservation time begins at your reserved time and late arrival does not adjust reservation time.

– Overtime:Reservation time includes set up and break down time. Guest card on file will be charged

additional half hour if they are in the space up to 15 minutes after their reservation end time.

Is a security deposit required?

Information about security deposits is not provided. Consider adding details about the amount of the security deposit and any conditions for its refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

-Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to reservation can be fully refunded.

-Cancellation less than 48 hours of the scheduled session: Clients may receive a partial refund of

50% of the total cost or reschedule reservation for future date with no refund.

-Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: Clients are not eligible for any refund, and the studio

retains the full payment.

What are the overtime policies?

– Reservation time includes set-up and break-down time. Guests will be charged an additional half hour if they are in the space up to 15 minutes after their reservation end time.

What are the policies regarding damages and cleanliness?

 – Damages will be deducted from security deposit. Any damage costs that exceed the security deposit amount will be billed to the credit card on file.

   – If the space is deemed excessively dirty, the guest may be charged a deep cleaning fee of $100 to the card on file.

Do you require insurance and liability waivers?

   – Yes, if guests will need the freight elevator, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and a copy of the General Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Certificate must be provided. General liability coverage minimum of $1,000,000 for each occurrence. Exact additional insured details will be provided following booking confirmation.

   – Guests are required to sign a liability waiver releasing and holding harmless FiveTwoNine Miami from any personal injuries, damages, or losses sustained during their use of the studio. Personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the guest and their associates or crew.
